Andrew helped me with the sale of my father's home in Wilmington, NC while I was living in Raleigh, NC. He provided logical advice for renovations/updates, met with contractors while I was out of town, and helped me maximize my investment leading up to the sale. His down to Earth attitude was much appreciated and kept me on track with realistic expectations throughout the selling process. His communication skills are on point via text, phone, or email, which was key due to my travel distance to Wilmington. In the end he was able to negotiate a great deal for my family in a short period of time. I would certainly use his services again and wouldn't change a thing about my experience!

Andrew worked very patiently with us. He listened to what my Husband and I wanted and made sure to work with both of our wants and needs. He found our house and I couldn't be happier. I even text him randomly to tell him how happy I am. At first, I didn't want to look at the house due to the dark kitchen but once I arrived I loved everything else and the location. He knew I would! Always listen to your realtor!
