Establishing a great rapport with new clients is important, but getting a fellow agent to be excited to work with you is an invaluable skill.
While working at a local television station creating commercials, Brian realized that he had formed extremely strong bonds with clients and agencies that kept coming back to the station to work with him for his creativity and professionalism. After some quick math and a major gut check, he decided that if he started his own production company, perhaps some of these clients would follow. That was over 15 years ago, and to this day those relationships still stand. Running a successful media production/marketing company has provided many advantages in the world of real estate. Even before getting licensed, it served as a helpful way for his wife Allison to get top notch professional photos and marketing content (for the price of lunch at his favorite spots).
In anticipation of the arrival of their beautiful daughter, Brian sought out his real estate license to help Allison provide uninterrupted attention to her existing clients. Working together as a "dream team", they've helped numerous amazing people sell their homes, guided buyers towards new home purchases both as a team and individually. With the help of Jessica, their wonderful broker in charge, they even negotiated the sale of a client's home on the day their beautiful daughter, Evelyn, was born (she slept through it). Brian has quickly adapted from calling "action" and "one more take" to announcing "you got the house!" and "one more thing to sign". Just like those long term relationships he formed in the early days of starting his own company, he works to create the same strong bonds with every real estate client he meets.
