Look no further, you want to work with Mary Kaye. She is personable, responsive and her knowledge base is second to none. She will be sure to stay ahead of the process at all times and has no problems staying in constant communication. She even stayed on top of our process while in Aruba!!! She’s that kind of quality. Above all, she made the process stress free and dare I say, almost fun? We used her as our sellers agent, but I would buy with her in a heartbeat.

I had very specific needs which were not easy to fulfill. Mary Kaye listened, worked with me, and when I asked her to look at a new build in process, she instantly called the builder's broker and got the information. That led to me being able to select exactly what I wanted. Along the way, we had plenty of negotiating with the builder about various aspects of the place while they were in the process of completing it. When I was unhappy, she communicated that to the builder's broker in the nicest possible manner. That paid off. In short, she listens, and works extremely hard to find what you want at a price you can afford. I was also an out-of-town buyer unfamiliar with the area, so she had plenty of teaching to do. Always patient and kind. I'm fussy and she met every expectation.
