    Missy did an outstanding job selling my home. She went above and beyond with every aspect of the sale. She is very knowledgeable concerning real-estate. She made the buyer and seller fill at ease. Her southern accent is totally genuine and I would definitely use her again.

    Missy went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house for my family. She walked us through every step of the process which was very helpful because we were 3 hours away from our new home and making a big move. She was there for us even after closing when there was a question. Missy is a great agent if you are looking to buy a house... in my opinion she is the best!

    Missy was not only a great realtor, she was a great friend, sister, mom and everything we could’ve asked for, in one amazing, fun, energetic person! I told her I wanted 3 specific things, and you bet we have all 3 requests in the apartment we bought. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor for my first home purchase. Added bonus that SHE IS JUST SO FUN!!!!!

    Missy’s bio is very misleading, she does not have “extensive insight on the roller coaster of emotions her clients are facing”. We were told contractors and painters worked on our home, which turned out not to be true and it shows in the work that was done. Missy left trash and so many extra things in the home for us to deal with as well as moving in our own things. On top of so many things, she yelled at our realtor on multiple occasions. She did not know she had to own this home for a certain amount of time before selling, then blamed her lack of knowledge on first time home buyers and our realtor. The whole experience was a mess.

    Missy is awesome! She was always quick to respond when I called or text and she really went to bat for me when negotiating with the sellers. She is easy to talk to and fun to be around. Great personality and sense of humor. A bit of a "southern belle". If I am ever in the market again she's my girl.

    Missy was the obvious choice to sell our home. A sweet Southern girl that is vivacious and upbeat. Missy has a way to make everyone she meets feel warm and accepted-why wouldn’t you want someone so well-meaning to work with? Don’t mistake Missy’s kindness for lack of knowledge or savvy. She knows her stuff and researches to make certain you are best represented. I guess the best recommendation for her services is that she sold our home in 9 days! Way to go!     Missy went above and beyond just selling our home. She gave us great advice on prepping our home. What to do, what not to do, Paint color do's and dont's. She helped stage the house for top showing appeal. She really went the extra mile for us! The result? List price offer the first day and $5K over offer the second day!!You will not find a harder working realtor, anywhere!

    My wife and I came down to investigate the Wilmington area a little over a year ago. Being married for 25 years, I have come to accept that plans change, on a dime. On a Friday afternoon, “someone” made the decision that they wanted to tour homes, the next day. Within an hour we had plans to meet the very next day. We quickly made a contingency offers on two homes that same day, both rejected. Then we moved onto a new construction. Missy was an absolute professional dealing with the countless delays associated with the build of our home. I could always reach out to her from our home in MA and she always responded. She absolutely went beyond her responsibilities in keeping us informed of problems and dealing with the builder to get items resolved…..and we also referred to her as a “Southern Belle” to friends and family.

    Missy was an absolute pleasure to work with when selling our home in Wilmington. We were living out of town during the process and felt very comfortable leaving our home in her hands. She was always available via call, text, or FaceTime! We were in the process of closing on the house when a major hurricane came through, Missy worked diligently to get all necessary inspections completed ASAP and kept us on track to close on the house as quickly as possible. We hope to be Wilmington home owners again in the future and we will without a doubt be reaching out to Missy to help us when that time comes!
