Molly was incredibly helpful and walking us through the entire process and explaining things, as it was our first time buying a house. The housing market was very competitive in 2022 when we were looking, and Molly was very quick to send us houses that were recently listed and was able to get us showings immediately. The house we ended up purchasing was still "coming soon" when we made our offer, and she had connections with the seller's agent which I believe helped us buy our home. Her husband is a contractor, so she also has extensive knowledge about remodels and upgrades that a home might need. In our case, the sellers were very difficult to work with, but Molly kept us in constant communication and advised us on the best steps to take. She kept us calm when we were worried the deal might fall through. When the sellers left the house a mess, Molly hired cleaners to clean the house for us the morning of our move in day. I would highly recommend Molly to friends and family and would definitely use her again in the future! -
