Just one thing?! Working out and SWEETS. I cannot give up one or the other.

How did your childhood prepare you for your current job?

Growing up, I always heard stories about my dad, how he paid his way through college and made a pretty successful career for himself. He has always shown me and my relatives that hard work pays off.

What are you most proud of?

My daughter Isabella.

What's on your bucket list?

Travel to Italy.

The BEST! She devoted so much time to us and made us feel like we were her only clients! She is a busy lady but she never rushed us. I often times wondered how she could do so much in such little time. She’s amazing. Renata is so knowledgeable and we learned so so much from her. She was so quick to respond to every message I sent her. I sent A LOT of messages. She looked at every detail and made sure we were making a good investment. We had a lot of heartbreaks due to this impossible market. But she stuck with us and got us to closing day!! We are so happy to have found her. We made a life long friend.

This is the second time that I have worked with Renata and the Nest team in the past three years. From the initial process of looking for something (existing or new builds) she was with us every step of the way and made this process almost too easy. It is very ideal to have someone like Renata at your hip to be fully transparent on the entire process to make sure that buying a home from start to finish is a good experience.

Renata went above and beyond in her support of our second home purchase. She was constantly answering questions, investigating discrepancies and negotiating on our behalf. She even provided some much needed advice with selection choices when prompted making our home even more beautiful! When things were being delayed due to issues with inspections, she was on the phone constantly getting updates, keeping us informed and ensuring we would close as close to onetime as possible. Her efforts took a potential month long delay to a 24 hour change. We could not have asked for a more caring, responsive, and reliable agent on our side. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and I will definitely be reaching out to her should we look to sell and/or purchase in the future.

Renata was amazing through every step of the buying process. However, I am not writing this review to tell you how great she was then, I’m writing this review to tell you how great she is now and that she will always be by your side, even after the deal. I moved in last December (2020), It has now been 8 months and Renata has continued to be by our side helping us deal with the builder (who I’m much less optimistic about). No matter what comes up you can depend on Renata and can trust her judgment. Let me be clear, if you go with another realtor you are making a mistake.
