    Michael and Katie were wonderful to work with! They were quick to answer questions and provide feedback on listings we were interested in. Michael isn't afraid of getting dirty and will check out HVAC units, crawl spaces, and attics without a second thought.Michael is incredibly knowledgeable and easily identified items that were likely to appear on a home inspection report. Because of this knowledge, he and Katie were able to prepare us for the results of the inspection and guide us through next steps.10/10 recommend this dynamic duo!

    Michael was great to work with. In addition, his wife Katie was also available to aid in the staging and sale. They were both knowledgeable of the real estate market in our area and provided a well thought out market analysis to determine asking price. They were also available for showing appointments when I had a conflict.I have always thought highly of Michael and Katie but after going through the sale of my home in a difficult time I am more impressed than ever.

    When we decided to look for a home in North Carolina we didn’t know anyone. Michael and Katie were actually recommended to us from a local man we met at a Carolina Beach restaurant.     Mike and Katie helped us buy our first home, and then years later they rented it out for us, and then eventually we chose them to sell it for us. They went full circle with us and our property, and we couldn't be happier. As first time buyers, we were nervous about everything that went into picking out our first home. Mike and Katie made it SO simple, kept us informed on all the steps along the way, gave us honest opinions and went for bat negotiating the best deal possible. We loved our first home and the Wilmington area so much, but eventually we needed to move back to Ohio. Mike ended up managing all things renting out, and we knew he would find someone trustworthy to rent from us. He kept up on maintenance and we could relax and know our first home was in good hand.Eventually, with the help of Mike and Katie, we decided it was the right time to sell our first home. Still in Ohio, they were able to make sure everything was ready for our condo to hit the market. They helped us come up with a price and again went to negotiating the best price possible for us.I would recommend Mike, Katie and their team to anyone looking for Realtors at any stage of your process.
