Sunset Park/Greenfield Lake

Just a stone's throw from Wilmington's historic downtown, Sunset Park/Greenfield Lake is primarily made up of homes built from 1910 to 1970, when the North Carolina Shipbuilding Company expanded to the Cape Fear.
