Anchor's Bend quickly became one of the most popular new neighborhoods off of Middle Sound Loop Road. The beautiful craftsman houses are across the street from two marinas and have a clubhouse with grills and pool. The prices range from $350,000 to $550,000 and new homes are still being built. There are two parts of Anchor's Bend: the Manors, which are 2,895 to 3,159 square foot houses on larger lots, and the Cottages, which are 2,637 to 2,844 square foot houses on smaller lots.
