Centrally located just south of the University, Pine Valley Estates is a planned residential community of homes that were built from the 1950s to the late 1970s. A few homesites were sold thereafter and the majority of the construction here is brick. Being equidistant from Downtown and area beaches, Pine Valley homes attract those who want to live close to it all, but have the seclusion and privacy that the neighborhood offers.
