Amanda: Halloween. My mom passed this on to me. I love to travel to different states to haunted attractions. The kid in me still lives!

Amanda: Everything by Lifehouse, Canon in D by Pachelbel, Awake and Alive by Skillet, Stars by Skillet, and Where I Belong by Linkin Park.
Any hobbies or activities?
Kris: I love hiking, finding waterfalls, and Jeep trailing. I have also played guitar for 40-plus years.

Kris: My two favorite spots are the Outer Banks of North Carolina and the Hawaiian Islands!

They both provided us with outstanding service and communication every step of the way and beyond the purchase of our home. There was nothing that they couldn't or wouldn't do for us to ensure that we were making sound decisions. They took detailed videos of homes that we were interested in but couldn't view and gave us honest feedback and observations. When we thought that we'd found the right property, they expertly negotiated the transaction to a happy conclusion. Amanda and Kris were always professional and positive. Every sale has situations where you wonder if it will ultimately work out. Amanda and Kris anticipated those circumstances and were 100% prepared. We always felt confident in their ability to negotiate for us as we moved forward. We have had several real estate purchases over the years. Amanda and Kris McCoy standout as the best. On a side note, they even assisted us with our dog who made the trip out to Asheville ahead of us. I will always be thankful that they were there for us in such a meaningful way during this time. 11/05/2023 - Brenda LemasterAmanda and Kris were super helpful, knowledgeable, personable and supportive throughout the whole process. They truly have your best interests at heart. We ran into a couple of snags with the house and they were able to get those issues resolved timely and efficiently. The house did not have a radon mitigation system and the radon level was extremely high, the seller wasn't willing to budge and install one but they pushed back and got them to agree to install. They walked us through all the steps needed to get through the close process so we stayed on schedule for close. -

Angela helped us make decisions on our purchase. She showed us many parcels of land as well as existing homes. Angela really put in the time and effort to find us our "dream home." She is "TOP NOTCH" in all endeavors! Not only is she good at representing clients but she is also very familiar with Asheville and the surrounding areas. Our purchase was very long and drawn out, not because of Angela, but rather the seller being difficult in the negotiation process, along with the lender's strict requirements. Despite the hardships of the transaction, Angela smoothed over any and all issues that we had and was very professional and courteous throughout. She made us feel comfortable during a stressful closing. I can't say enough about Angela and Nest Realty and how wonderful she and her team is! If you want a good realtor, Nest Realty is the one to go with. I very highly recommend it! -

She has a cool, laid back personality that made us feel like long-time acquaintances. The advice Angela has to offer was timely, appropriate and very much welcomed. To say she goes over and above the realtor role is an understatement. Angela met with various vendors on our behalf (and at our request) after the transaction was complete, really helping us out while we were still out of state. And did we mention that she recommended a fabulous realtor back in our home town to assist us with selling our original house? This is the definition of white glove service, folks! -
