In this episode, Ben discusses the process he takes a buyer through when looking to purchase a home while highlighting one of his favorite local businesses: Peak of the Vine in Downtown Apex. Lawrence, general manager of Peak of the Vine, joined Ben to talk about the friendly atmosphere of their wine lounge, their educational wine tastings, and their large selection of wines from around the world.
From there, Ben talks about the approach he takes with clients, specifically buyers, from the moment they first connect to the day they close on their new home and beyond. Most importantly, Ben talks about how important every client is to him. Whether it’s their first home or their 10th home, he knows that each one is special, and therefore it should be a fun and exciting process—not a stressful one.
