- There were 3,028 total home sales in the Greater Shenandoah Valley in 2020 compared to 2,887 in 2019. This translates into a 4.9% increase.
- From 2019 to 2020 the average sales price increased by 9.9%. In 2020 the average sales price was $258,048 compared to $234,875 in 2019.
- In 2020 on average a listing stayed on the market for 41.7 days before closing. The average price per square foot was $135.95.
