Attraction: Freedom Barkway

Located on state-donated land at the corner of Freedom Parkway and Boulevard, Freedom Barkway off-leash dog park provides gated greenspace for dogs to run and socialize. Originally organized by Fourth Ward Neighbors neighborhood association, The Old Fourth Ward Freedom Barkway Corporation (OFWFBC) is a non-profit charitable corporation that continues to raise funds for improvements to the park including shade structures, recycling stations, and solar lighting.
