Nest Realty is looking for an incredible social media manager to join our Content Team in Charlottesville, VA. What does a Nest social media manager do? You’ll be a storyteller, a local pulse-keeper, and a Nest brand broadcaster!
Nest Realty is a leader in the Real Estate industry. Since our inception 13 years ago, we’ve pushed boundaries, elevated the standards, and re-imagined what a real estate brokerage could be. We now have 21 offices in six states, and we aren’t slowing down anytime soon. With this growth, our marketing responsibilities have continued to grow in parallel, and we find ourselves needing a full-time, dedicated social media manager. This person will join our Content Team, overseeing our Nest Realty social media channels: You’ll be in charge of the Nest Realty Group channels (Facebook + Instagram), and the Nest Realty Charlottesville channels (Facebook + Instagram), as well as getting the channels up and running for new locations.
This job should be FUN. You will be given the freedom to CREATE, think BIG, EXPERIMENT with the latest trends and techniques. You’ll work closely with the Content Director to strategize, implement, analyze, and adjust. You’ll develop posting schedules, conduct training sessions, and monitor analytics. We’re talking BIG picture ideas. Blow up the norm. Think outside the box.

Compensation is commensurate with experience. Medical coverage (health and dental) is subsidized. And, yes, we’ve got a 401K plan, too. This position is full-time and based in our Charlottesville, Virginia, office. Sorry, we will not consider anyone working virtually (post-pandemic, of course). This is a full-time job that will require some responsibilities after “normal” business hours. The vast majority of the time spent working will be weekdays from 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. However, please understand that certain periods and times of the year will require additional hours to complete projects (like deadline days, Nest Annual Summit, agent visits to HQ, etc.). Some weekend and evening hours may be scheduled, and some travel may be required.
