Happy Anniversary

Happy New Year!  Today marks the ONE YEAR anniversary of the launch of Intown Expert Realty. What a year it has been!  This has been one of my toughest years and most rewarding years to date.
When we launched on 1/5/15 – we launched around my dining room table. The first few months were interesting with many new things to learn and do. There were many times I felt unsure of myself as a new broker. I was nervous, scared, excited, hopeful, and honestly – tired from my own personal renovation and the office renovation.
I’m thankful for so much about this journey. What I’m most thankful for are the people who are on it with me – my team – Heather, J, Lisa, Lucy, Chris, Rhonda, Brian and Joshua. How fortunate I am to work with people I truly love and care about as human beings. People that I know have my back, and visa versa. It’s not often we get to work with people we actually like. I really do appreciate this gift and remind myself regularly how special it is.
And our clients. We have the opportunity to work with such amazing people. We don’t take this lightly, and appreciate the trust they put in us. We continue to strive every day to learn from the past, and continue to do our best to offer a high-quality, high-touch real estate experience for our neighbors and our neighborhoods.
I am looking forward to growing and doing big things. Growth is exciting and scary at the same time. I do know this, that I am fully committed to staying focused and not losing sight of what really matters – which is taking the best care of our neighbors and promoting the intown neighborhoods we love so much.
I am optimistic about the real estate market in 2016.  Especially intown. There are so many catalysts that continue to drive this market, the main one being lifestyle. Our office is literally just steps away from The Beltline, Piedmont Park and Ponce City Market. We are thrilled to be in the RIGHT place at the RIGHT time.
