In this installment, we chat with Brandon Hornby, a Nest Realtor in Roanoke, Virginia.

Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! What brought you to the area?
Brandon Hornby: I have lived here my whole life.

NR: How did you get into real estate? How long have you been practicing?
BH: I got into it looking for flexibility of schedule. Been in it a little over three years.

NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
BH: Julia Nash

NR: What’s your favorite part of being an agent?
BH: I love being a part of making people’s dreams come true and buying their biggest investment.

NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
BH: I have expertise in both buying and selling.

NR: What are five adjectives to describe you?
BH: Hard working, compassionate, loyal, fierce, happy

NR: Who would be your dream client?
BH: A cash investor who wants to buy property every month.

NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
BH: Trust that your agent will take great care of you.

NR: What’s your favorite season?
BH: Summer. Love being outdoors and doing water activities.
