Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! What brought you to the area?
Elisha Hamilton: My mother moved to Greenville after she retired from the army.
NR: How did you get into real estate?
EH: It has always been my passion and goal.
NR: What was your previous career? How has that prepared you for real estate?
EH: Leasing and property management. It helped me gain more experience in customer service.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
EH: A great friend of mine who makes great choices.
NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
EH: Meeting people.
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
EH: I’m very familiar with Greenville and surrounding areas.
NR: What makes you different from other agents? What sets you apart?
EH: Real estate is not my job. It’s my passion!
NR: What are five adjectives that describe you?
EH: Funny, outgoing, hardworking, caring, and attentive.
NR: Who would be your dream client?
EH: Madonna!
NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
EH: Breathe—stay positive.
NR: What is your favorite season in Greenville?
EH: Fall.
