Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! Where are you from? What brought you to Asheville?
Hunter Lanier: Originally from Atlanta, GA, moved to Asheville to raise our kids
NR: How did you get into real estate?
HL: Started in community sales then moved to commercial and general real estate.
NR: What was your previous career? How has that prepared you for real estate?
HL: I am an entrepreneur by heart and real estate has been a fantastic conduit.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
HL: The image, community reputation, and the people-first philosophy.
NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
HL: Meeting new people.
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
HL: Experience with commercial projects, as well as area knowledge.
NR: What makes you different from other agents? What sets you apart?
HL: Its about you, not me.
NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
HL: Buy within your means and remember a house is what you buy a home is personal.
NR: What is your favorite season in Asheville?
HL: Fall
