Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! What brought you to the area?
Jennifer Wills: I’m a proud Clemson graduate.
NR: How did you get into real estate?
JW: I pursued a passion and a dream.
NR: What was your previous career? How has that prepared you for real estate?
JW: Accounting. Having a business background has helped with attention to detail, numbers, and contracts.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
JW: Corinne Nickell is an awesome Lead Broker!
NR: What is your favorite part of being an agent?
JW: Meeting new clients.
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
JW: I enjoy both buying and selling. But I do love negotiating.
NR: What makes you different from other agents? What sets you apart?
JW: I’m incredibly responsive.
NR: What are five adjectives that describe you?
JW: Family-oriented, down to earth, sarcastic, Type-A, and driven.
NR: Who would be your dream client?
JW: I love working with families!

JW: Will there be equity in this home?

JW: FALL!
