In this installment, we chat with Roxana Juarez, a Nest Realtor in Shenandoah Valley.
Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! What brought you to the area? How long have you lived here
Roxana Juarez: I am originally from Uruguay, and moved to the area 19 years ago. I moved for a change and new life experience.
NR: How did you get into real estate? How long have you been practicing?
RJ: I wanted to learn about investing, and I came across Real Estate and wanted to learn more. I’ve been practicing since 2019.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty as opposed to another brokerage?
RJ: I picked Nest for their marketing and sense of community.
NR: What’s your favorite part of being an agent?
RJ: Seeing the smile on people’s faces and their happiness when they purchase their first home.
NR: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
RJ: Rockingham and surrounding areas
NR: What are five adjectives to describe you?
RJ: Honest, Ambitious, Generous, Adaptable, Assertive
NR: Who would be your dream client?
RJ: An investor buying multiple multifamily in the area.
NR: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
RJ: The first home doesn’t have to be your forever home.
NR: What’s your favorite season? Why?
RJ: Summer. All of the sunshine makes people happy.
