In this installment, we chat with The Andrew Lanteri Group in Asheville, North Carolina.

Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about your group!
The Andrew Lanteri Group: Western North Carolina is a melting pot and growing each and everyday. While some of our team memebers have always called Asheville home the rest of us were drawn here for the same reasons: Culture, Climate, and Natural Beauty that Surrounds.

Nest Realty: How did you get into real estate? How long have you been practicing?
The Andrew Lanteri Group: Formed in 2020, The Andrew Lanteri Group has a combined 40+ years of experience in the real estate industry.

Nest Realty: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
The Andrew Lanteri Group: Enhanced marketing. An entire team of specialists at our disposal to help generate and push out content. The quality of the marketing material is elevated yet approachable to target buyers of any background and in all price ranges. Additional admin support. Our agents will have more personal time to spend with you and our other clients. Culture of the office. You must be a full time real estate agent to work at Nest Realty. No part-time agents means the service offered and the reputation of the firm are both elevated within the community.

Nest Realty: What’s your favorite part of being an agent?
The Andrew Lanteri Group: Our team prides itself on giving back, both to our clients and community. Real estate allows for financial freedom and flexible schedule to be able to do both.

Nest Realty: Do you have a specific area of expertise to offer clients?
The Andrew Lanteri Group: Residential Sales of all kinds with a specialty in land acquisition and development.

Nest Realty: What are five adjectives to describe you?
The Andrew Lanteri Group: Hospitable, Caring, Diligent, Energetic, Team Players

Nest Realty: Who would be your dream client? (This can be funny—a famous person, or celebrity, or a general type of person.)
The Andrew Lanteri Group: I think if you asked each of us we would have a different answer. We like to have fun while we work, any client that is up to that challenge is fine by us.

Nest Realty: If you had one piece of advice for a first-time home buyer, what would it be?
The Andrew Lanteri Group: A strong plan before getting started on your search will lead to long term success and smart financial decisions. We can help create this road map.

Nest Realty: What’s your favorite season? Why?
The Andrew Lanteri Group: Western North Carolina has a temperate climate and allows for 4 full seasons of outdoor enjoyment. There is always something fun to do here regardless of the time of year.
