In this installment, we chat with Dawn Rentz, the Business Manager in Asheville, North Carolina.
Nest Realty: Tell us a bit about yourself! What brought you to the area? How long have you lived here
Dawn Rentz: I moved to Asheville in 1993 after graduating college.
NR: If you are new to real estate? what was your previous career? How has that prepared you for real estate?
DR: I am an artist who also enjoys working in finance. I’ve kept a studio for the last 31 years and previously worked as the Operations & Finance Manager for a non-profit.
NR: What led you to Nest Realty, as opposed to another brokerage?
DR: People, culture, and the branding!
NR: What are five adjectives to describe you?
DR: Authentic, creative, persistent, resourceful, and empathetic.
NR: Who would be your dream client?
DR: Mel Robbins
NR: What’s your favorite season? Why?
DR: Early fall. Nights are getting cooler, but days are still warm and long. Fall colors are just starting to show.
