The Opportunity
In a world of Google searches, self checkout lines and automated chat windows, it is more important than ever to dedicate time and resources to providing exemplary customer service. In short, working directly with our Creative and Leadership Teams, this new position will help to ensure our clients are being treated exceptionally through every step of the real estate process.
The Big Picture
As Customer Experience & Marketing Coordinator you’ll be responsible for helping to create and implement marketing strategies and policies to ensure first-class service delivery. The position will work to take good old-fashioned relationship building best practices and retool them for today’s digital world. Most importantly, you’ll work to ensure consistency of customer service and messaging over many traditional and digital marketing channels.

- Engaging, transparent and genuine – both offline and online.
- Organized and able to manage projects on your own and hit deadlines…while requiring little supervision.
- Comfortable with basic math and statistics…and have a basic understanding of spreadsheets.
- Savvy with technology and digital communication channels.
