Client Happiness Coordinator (Charlottesville, VA)
Growing real estate agency and property management company seeks engaging and organized coordinator to join their teams.

The Opportunity
The job in question is two thirds managing the day-to-day inquiries of a busy real estate brokerage and leasing company. In short, you’ll be delighting potential clients with amazing first impressions and meticulous and personable follow up.
What does the other third entail? We need help with all the details involved with the leasing and real estate industries. You’ll assist with general office admin and pitch in to help where needed.
To Qualify For This Job You Must Be:
- Engaging, transparent and genuine – both offline and online.
- Organized and able to manage projects on your own and hit deadlines…while requiring little supervision.
- Savvy with technology and digital channels.
- Calm under pressure, confident to speak your mind and able to stand behind our company’s beliefs.
- A team player. We’re a small company and everyone pitches in to get the job done.
The Details
- The position is full-time, salaried position with paid vacation.
- This is not an outside sales position, so no cold calling will ever be included on your “to do” list.
- The position will require savvy with Microsoft Office products and a comfort with database management.
- The position will be extremely fast-paced and will include daily direct communication with potential clients.
