The Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association Recognizes Nest Realty at the 2016 MAX! Awards
On February 4, 2016, the Nest Realty Wilmington team was honored to attended the 2016 MAX! Awards. The MAX! Awards are held every year to recognize the best in media, marketing, and advertising tools within the residential home building industry.
The gala is hosted annually by the Wilmington-Cape Fear Home Builders Association‘s Cape Fear New Home Sales & Marketing Council, and honors the achievements of builders, associates, realtors, media, and advertising professionals. Nest Realty Wilmington took home two MAX! Awards this year.
The first MAX! Award received was “Best Direct Marketing Piece” for the Nest Realty Annual Market Report.
The second MAX! Award received was “Best Newsletter” for NEST Magazine.
“We are honored and thrilled to accept two MAX! Awards for our ongoing marketing efforts! ” shared Principal Broker, Ryan Crecelius.
This is the second year in a row that Nest Realty Wilmington has been recognized at the MAX! Awards. In 2015, the team took home three awards: Best Direct Marketing Piece, Best Social Media, and Best Logo Design.
