The first item on our list of must-do summer activities in Shenandoah Valley is to cool off at Massanutten WaterPark. The indoor and outdoor park is consistently rated as one of the top 10 water parks in the country for a reason—its selection of body slides, pools, lazy river floats, hot tubs, and water fortresses provide endless entertainment!
The indoor portion of the water park includes the vast majority of the activities and is open year-round. Further, the outdoor portion of the park contains a head-first water slide and wave pool, and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Check out the specific hours and rates to learn more. Note: If water parks aren’t for you, Massanutten is a resort with many other activities that you can explore instead: think ziplining and biking!
