Success in Charlottesville’s Riverbluff Community

Charlottesville’s Conservation Community, Riverbluff, has had a recent flurry of activity.  An overview of Riverbluff from the Riverbluff web site:

Located on a bluff overlooking the Rivanna River, RiverBluff is an award-winning conservation community of 22 new homes in the Woolen Mills neighborhood of Charlottesville. It features a ductless A/C system and outdoor air exchanger promote a healthy indoor environment.
