Case Study – The Cube

We love to tell the story of each property that we sell, as every home is special and has a story. Every so often we get to tell the story of a truly unique property like The CUBE. The home was a result of a collaboration between a local, award-winning design firm and a structural steel manufacturer. The CUBE is a luxurious retreat that offers the utmost of lifestyle and privacy right in the center of Atlanta. Imagine living right in the middle of the city ON Piedmont Park with unobstructed skyline views!

This was our second time selling The CUBE. We marketed and sold it in 2006 when the original owners had to relocate. They sold their forever dream home to the next owner that made it his own. When it came time to sell this time (again, due to a job relocation) we knew we had to do something different to honor the home and show off the sizzle. The market was recovering, but there were still obstacles. Our targeted marketing approach included a custom website and lifestyle short enabled us to find the perfect buyer for this unique property in less than three months.
The result? We set a new Atlanta neighborhood record! Our in-depth knowledge of the community and local market enabled us to provide detailed information that resulted in the highest home sale in the Morningside/Virginia Highland neighborhoods in over 2 years at $1,600,000.
