Seller's Scoop

  • View: The variety of trees and the autumn colors!
  • Room: We love to be in the primary bedroom because the vaulted ceiling and fan make it relaxing. And love the spacious bathtub in the primary bathroom. We also love sitting on the front porch, listening to the birds, and watching wildlife.
  • Tree: Our favorite tree is the tall, deciduous tree viewed through the sliding door. This tree is inviting to multiple types of birds. In the fall and spring, the wildflowers attract butterflies.
  • Walk: The location has multiple choices! One part of the neighborhood has a variety of hills that make you feel like you are in the forest. Also, that is another option for flat areas in the neighborhood. Another great walk is along Jonathan Creek.
  • Hike: Within close proximity, there are multiple choices of trails along the Blue Ridge Parkway.
  • Breakfast: In Hazelwood, within five miles of the house, there is a great breakfast place called Beach Mountain Dinner. This place has great food.
  • Dinner: For dinner time, there is another great restaurant called Bogarts Restaurant and Tavern. Their food is great, and they have a lot of beverage choices.
  • Pub/Winery: One of our favorites for lunch is a restaurant called Boojum Brewing, located in downtown Waynesville.
