Leveraging my experience as an occupational therapist and a successful business owner, I've had the opportunity to develop a firm foundation in communications, negotiation, organization, customer service, marketing, sales, and establishing and maintaining relationships. Dwight is VERY responsive and will go above and beyond what most others would do. He is extremely knowledgeable about the area, asked us some very good questions on what we were looking for and then focused in on what our best options would be. He has a great network of professionals to help on just about any task you may need done. You simply cannot go wrong if you pick him for your realtor, he'll be there for you the whole time! Our realtor in our home state called a few realtors in the new state, and Dwight was recommended. We connected with him over the phone around lunch time and met with him to see a house that afternoon! The next day we needed to return back home. Dwight's commitment to helping us find a home was above and beyond. Two times in the next few days, we saw a house that we wanted to look at. Dwight went to each of the houses, and literally walked through each house, using his phone as a video chatroom so that we could see the entire house, ask him questions, etc. We found a house that we loved and wanted to make an offer on. Dwight connected us with a lender who was able to get us approved in less than one day, without having to have a contingency for selling our current house. Dwight was there for us every step of the way, including when we needed an appraiser, someone to test for Radon, etc. He was amazing and we could not have asked for anyone more knowledgeable, communicative, friendly and accommodating!
