    After interviewing 3-4 different realtors I ultimately went with Jeremy after couple other personal recommendations from folks who have more experience with the process. I also based decision his thoroughness and responsiveness. He has a great staff and they included me in every step along the way from listing until the ultimate sale of the property.     Jeremy Hart has been our realtor for years. He has helped us sell and buy houses in three very different markets. I strongly believe his expertise has helped us profit significantly on the sale of our real estate. Jeremy gives clear, no-nonsense advice about what is needed for a home prior to listing. If you follow his advice, it will make all the difference in how your home presents to prospective buyers. Through every sale/purchase, Jeremy has been incredibly responsive. He has excellent negotiation skills and impressive instincts which have helped us navigate various offers, etc. He is a strong advocate and I have always appreciated his ethical approach to the home buying and selling process.     This is my second transaction with Jeremy and I have been entirely pleased with both. I was looking for rural property with some detailed specifications. We found the property and Jeremy did the research on what a fair offer would look like. He kept me informed at every stage of the negotiations and I got my dream farm! When it came time to sell my house in town, I went straight to Jeremy. I gave him my parameters for selling and moving out. Jeremy knows this market well and came up with a selling price. He and his office staff kept me well informed with every step of the process and we got a great price for the house. I would not hesitate to use Jeremy again (although I do not EVER want to move again) and am comfortable recommending him to friends and strangers. Jeremy is the consummate realtor and a real nice guy too.

    My wife and I moved to Blacksburg a little over four years ago and began shopping for homes a shortly after our relocation. As a lender, I’ve seen the home buying experience on both the buying and selling side. When we began looking for homes, we both knew Jeremy was the ideal agent for us. My wife and I were hoping to purchase a home with sweat equity potential that could be turned into a rental or profitable sale once we outgrow it. Not only is Jeremy very knowledgeable about what key things future buyers want to see, but he was also able to make a lot of helpful recommendations on what renovations should be done to increase the home value.
