What does a perfect Saturday consist of?

75 degrees, 12 knot breeze. Sailing a mountain lake in the off season. The water is still warm and you're the only boat out there.

Seth is the best! I reached out to him in April 2022 based on a recommendation from a friend and immediately knew I wanted to work with him to buy my first house. By the end of July, I was in my new home. He is a great communicator, easy to get along with, hard working, and, importantly, very knowledgeable of the ever-changing real estate market in and around Asheville. This being my first experience in real estate, Seth made house hunting and the buying process as smooth and straightforward as possible, answering all of my many questions quickly and fully and facilitating all of the major components of the process, such as providing great lender recommendations and connecting me with closing attorneys, inspectors, etc. Seth went above and beyond the expectations I had for working with a realtor. I cannot recommend him enough!

Seth was so helpful through the whole confusing process as first time homebuyers. We weren't sure any of it was really possible (especially in this area with our smaller budget), but he helped every step of the way. We were in a house within just a few months. He was also was able to refer some great people during the process, such as lenders, lawyers, inspectors, etc. We would definitely work with Seth again!

My wife and I were looking to buy some acreage in the Asheville area to build a home on. We are from the Midwest and reached out to several realtors from the area to help us in our search. Not only was Seth the first to respond to our request he brought genuine excitement with him. Having lived in the area for 20ish years Seth had so much great knowledge to share with us as far as commuting times, orientation of our lot to maximize sun exposure, and proximity to amenities we were interested in. We gave Seth our list of parameters and he didn’t show us one single property outside of our list of wants! Having bought property and searched in other areas of the country working with a realtor that actually listens to you was an amazing experience. We cannot thank Seth enough for the great property he helped us find and we continue to work with him on locking down a builder.

Seth was absolutely wonderful and the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. I don’t even know where to begin. From day one, even though we reached out to him extremely last minute, he showed up to a showing and helped us with the entire process. We were looking for houses from out of town and he was our “boots on the ground” and always made himself available to guide us to our perfect house! He was extremely flexible in dealing with our pivots and always showed up with a smile and fun attitude. We now not only consider Seth a great realtor but also a great friend. With Seth we were able to get into the house of our dreams without stretching ourselves too thin. He did an excellent job at encouraging us to think about our budget and what really mattered to us. He offered the perfect balance of answering questions and providing information while asking us questions and letting us take the lead so as not to lose sight of what we wanted. He proactively communicated his availability and was always willing to hop on a quick call to answer our many questions AND go to the dark corners of the basement to see how things were looking :). He was always on time and prepared - sometimes even with a ladder in hand. We greatly appreciate how he showed up for us throughout the process!
